new motor!

Hello from greece! i buy my first rcmk motor and i want to make some questions.... why the first time that i try to pull the starter out it stuck? i was unlucky?this plastic think inside was broken..... ok!The next day i buy a zenoa pull starter and it's working fine .the next problem come when i was in the sea for the first time ,i put some grease i fill up my tank with gasoline mixed with good 2stroke oil and i start break in.After one minute running i check to see if the water is coming out and yes everything was great.then the boat stops!!!!!!I was thinking about the mix, i was thinking about the low rpm for the break in, i try to find out the reason why my new motor it doesn't work.After a lot of hours searching what was the problem i found that is no spark coming out from the spark plug,i change it and i try it again ,nothing happened i touch the wire my self and pull the starter out and i don't feel anything.Is this right?Is this my fault or manufacturer's fault???Please somebody tell me.I spend over two months to build my first gas boat and i can't make it work, what can i do?????

I think that if your engine have not electric spark, your engine ignition coil is died.
